My name is Tad Hill and I am the owner of Fader Equipment. Most people do not take the time to read the about section of a website, but I hope that you take the time to get to know us and learn our story. In this day and age, I feel it not only matters where you do business but who you do business with. At Fader Equipment we are committed to providing the best value to our customers through exceptional service and ensuring we always have the customers’ best interest in mind. As a company, we have strived to develop a culture of honesty and integrity.

 A little about me: I worked for Fader Equipment for a few months during the summer of 2014 before I went to the Army. After Basic Training I went to Warrant Officer School and flight school in Alabama and then went to my first unit in Fort Campbell Kentucky as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. While at Fort Campbell, I was with the 101^st Combat aviation brigade and deployed 2 times. While at the 101^st I became a Maintenance Test Pilot and then moved to Washington State to finish out my time in the Army. I always kept in contact with Regan at Fader Equipment and as I was leaving the Army I was presented with the opportunity to take over Fader Equipment.

 Since owning Fader Equipment, we have expanded to offer heavy equipment service and have aligned ourselves with manufacturers who stand behind their products and have the same dedication to taking care of their customers that we do. At the end of the day, like many of our customers, we are a small business trying to carve out our own little slice of the American dream.

 From time to time, you may see or hear our kids in the office and see me trying to juggle the responsibilities of being a father and a small business owner. Both roles are not always easy but at the end of the day I like to think I am in the same boat as so many of our customers. So, I guess that is it, we would love to earn your business and create a lasting relationship rooted in trust, honesty, and mutual respect.
